We only use organic oils and essential oils, as well as using eco-friendly washing detergent for all towels and sheets, which is kind to your skin, and the environment.
Treatments
We offer flexible pricing based on the length and type of your treatment. Choose from a targeted back, neck, and shoulders session, or indulge in a full body experience (60 minutes and up). For ultimate relaxation, our luxury treatments can incorporate abdominal massage, chest, face, and scalp, or you can simply mix and match specific areas within your chosen time.
Aromatherapy massage
A truly relaxing experience - a bespoke aromatherapy oil is created for your treatment whether it's stress relief, muscle tension, overwhelm, or immune protection, to name a few - you will feel uplifted and relaxed as your body's systems come back into regulation. Aromatherapy massage is suitable during pregnancy.
Pregnancy massage
A relaxing treatment for mums to be, relieving muscle tension and stress, helping with pregnancy related symptoms and sleep, bringing calm to a hard working body. Massage is safe in all trimesters of pregnancy and usually the client will lie on their side on the massage table with lots of support to keep them comfortable. Aromatherapy massage is also suitable during pregnancy.
Hot stone massage
Massaging with smooth, heated basalt stones, this deeply relaxing treatment brings warmth through the layers of muscle. It is a powerful massage that releases deep muscle tension using the heat and shape of the stones to relieve painful muscles.
Indian head massage
A deeply restorative treatment designed to melt away stress and tension, focusing on key areas where we often hold the most strain: your upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face. Enjoy this calming experience either seated comfortably or reclined on our massage table.
Deep tissue massage
Effectively targeting areas of tension and stress throughout your entire body, using deep tissue techniques to melt away tension and stress, reviving tired muscles, and leaving you feeling completely rejuvenated.

An aromatherapy consultation is all about you. We'll chat
through where you are at, your individual needs, health
priorities and any concerns you might have. Whether it's
help with stress, sleep, or just feeling better overall,
I'll create a custom-blended aromatherapy product just for
you - prices start from £6.
Our products include hand cream, pulse point roller ball,
bath oil or salts, massage oil, nasal inhalers and more!

Book four treatments together and save 10%, or book six treatments and save 15%.
Therapy Rooms
If you don't have a quiet space at home, or room for the massage table, or maybe you just prefer the spa experience, you can send a message to us to book into a therapy room in Cheltenham town centre for your relaxing massage treatment. An additional booking fee of £5 will be added onto your treatment.
