Cancellation Policy

At Orange Blossom Therapies (OBT), our clients' wellbeing and appointments are very important to us, and we make efforts to be flexible in our bookings. However, if you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully ask for notice of 24 hours, for both mobile and Sanctuary & Sage appointments, via phone, text or Whatsapp.

If you cancel/reschedule outside of this time frame or do not come to your appointment, cancellation fees will apply, at the therapist’s discretion.

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you for the full amount of time scheduled for your treatment, or will need to reschedule entirely. In this instance, if a shorter treatment is given, the treatment fees will still apply, and if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled due to lateness, the above cancellation fees will apply.

If you cancel or do not attend 5 appointments in a 12 month period, it will be at OBT’s discretion as to whether you will be able to schedule future appointments.

OBT reserves the right to cancel any appointments at any time. If an appointment is cancelled by OBT with less than 24 hours notice, a 30% discount will be applied to your next appointment booked, within the next 4 weeks.
