Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a strict zero tolerance policy for harassment, and inappropriate behaviours; including but not limited to verbal abuse, physical/sexual harassment or abuse. Violation of this will result in immediate ceasing of a treatment and a block on all further treatments and interactions with OBT. By making a booking with OBT you are agreeing to those terms.
